  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7 + years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic partnership roles, and managing L& D.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Indonesia & English), other language will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing complex and multiple priorities at one time.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all level, with impactful presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Positive mind set with pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders at all level.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to design and implement effective Learning and Development programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in training and development, such as CPLP or CPTD, is a plus.
