A **Head of Business** **& Account** is responsible for overseeing the account management team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services. This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and aligning account strategies with the organization's objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's goals and drive revenue growth.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive service delivery and address client feedback effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
- Extensive experience in account management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
