We are assisting our client, a well-established têxtile manufacturing company, in hiring a highly capable and motivated **Head of Accounting** to lead their accounting and financial reporting functions. This role requires strong leadership, a thorough understanding of financial and tax regulations, and the ability to oversee an accounting team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and control the financial and accounting functions of the company to deliver accurate and timely financial information that supports strategic decision-making and financial target achievement.
- Prepare financial reports, including company consolidated financial statements, notes to the financial reports, and reports required for banks and annual audits.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinates using measurable KPIs.
- Develop and execute accounting team strategies to meet departmental objectives.
- Perform financial analysis based on available data to provide insights that support business decisions.
- Design, implement, and monitor accounting systems and procedures to ensure financial transactions are executed in a structured, compliant, and risk-aware manner.
- Coordinate and monitor the planning, reporting, and payment of corporate tax obligations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the accounting function to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial data and preparation of financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting practices including general accounting, costing, tax, and asset management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- High adaptability and willingness to face challenges.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
