PT Adhi Mitra Dinamika currently operates one of the earliest denim factories in Bandung, Indonesia. Established in 1999, the factory specializes in producing high-quality denim fabrics for both local and international markets. Today, it employs over 170 staff members, most of whom come from the surrounding community.

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations, including planning and control, forecasting, cash and treasury management, accounting, taxation, compliance, and risk management. You will also lead strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and drive continuous improvements across all finance functions.

Qualifications:

1.⁠ Bachelor' degree in business, Finance / Accounting or any related field and equivalent experience.

2.⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial administrative procedures

3.⁠ ⁠Proven ability to conduct financial analysis, reconciliation, and invoice management

4.⁠ ⁠Proficient in accounting software (such as Jurnal) and financial management systems

5.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various stakeholders

6.⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

7.⁠ ⁠Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to develop financial plans and make sound business decisions
