Our client, a leading têxtile manufacturing company, is currently looking for an experienced and highly capable **Department Head - Export & Import** to oversee the company's international trade operations. This role requires strong expertise in export-import regulations, customs procedures, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the smooth flow of goods and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the export process and ensure product readiness and distribution align with export demands across the group.
- Prepare export planning based on input from the PPIC department.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, Accounting, and Tax to gather insights on macroeconomic conditions and regulatory updates.
- Develop reports and strategic plans to support and achieve the company’s export-import objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant external institutions such as customs, insurance companies, freight forwarding agents, and others to support export activities.
- Oversee the legal and administrative preparation of export documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate import activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** in Management, Logistics, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least **10 years of experience in export-import or international logistics**, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth understanding of export-import documentation and procedures including PEB, PIB, HS Code, COO, LC, Incoterms, and global trade regulations.
- Strong knowledge of national systems such as INSW and e-SKA, and familiarity with Indonesian customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- PPJK certification or formal training in export-import from a recognized institution is a strong advantage.
- **Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are a plus.**
