Job Description

Teaching Activities:

• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard
• Produce high quality research and publication
• Participate actively in community service programs
• Participate in the self development program
• Advise students on academic matters (e.g. learning style, curriculum, etc.) and/or conducting other activities (according to department's job assignments)
• Assessing student's learning, using a wide range of strategies (i.e., tests, papers, and project-oriented demonstrations of knowledge)
• Contribute to Department/Program/Faculty/School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students' critical and creative abilities

Research Activities:

• Produce high quality research and publication
• Participate actively in specific research projects
• Propose new topics for research projects
• Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
• Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences

Community Service:

• Participate actively in community service programs
• Propose new program for community service

Self-Development:

• Participate actively in self development programs

Content Development & Evaluation:

• Enrich and maintain the academic quality of all course materials under related area of responsibility
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard
• Review all course materials within related group of subjects (Rumpun Ilmu)
• Monthly updates to Head of Department/Program related to course evaluation and improvement
• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard
• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning activities

Must-have Requirements:

• Minimum Master's Degree in Psychology
• Willing to be located in Bandung, preferably based on residency
• 2+ years of teaching experience
