**General Overview**:

- As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for country level, Management Trainee or Fast Track Program and other hiring projects
Handle end-to-end internal hiring process
Sourcing Strategy and Manage Sourcing Channels
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria for each of the positions
Design job specifications, case studies, assignments, interview questions, and hiring scores that reflect each position’s requirements
--Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Generates company’s talent acquisitions weekly report and monthly initiatives
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in all majors.
Required Skill(s): human resource, HRIS, Microsoft Office, human resources, SOP, HR Operations, HR Policies, recruitment, talent management, talent acquisition.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in Agriculture Technology Company or other Technology Company (Start-Ups)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Organized analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesia
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
-Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Impactful presentation style
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, “can do” attitude
Ready to be relocated to handle HR outside JaBoDeTaBek
