Job Description

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with strong experience in technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent
