Job Description

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Work beyond the traditional talent acquisition role, you will have to define strategic roadmap and create creative initiatives that attracts people to the company.
  • Crafting organisational development strategies that ensure continuous learning and growth within the company.
  • Assisting in the development of a performance management system that fosters high performance.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters and decisions.

Requirement

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing strategic talent acquisition strategies, kickstarting employer branding initiatives, and organizational development practices.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • A track record of implementing successful talent strategies within an ambitiously-growing enterprise.
