Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the mining industry.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.
- Assist in translating and communicating between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams when required.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
