About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition to join the HR team at PT Global Jet Express. This full-time role will be based in our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial part in attracting and recruiting top-calibre candidates to support the growth and expansion plans of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify, attract and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation, with a focus on candidates with
    Mandarin language proficiency
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, assessment and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Provide reporting and data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment function

What we're looking for

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the transportation, logistics or e-commerce industry. Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process for various levels.
  • Ability: Mandarin language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the latest recruitment trends, technologies and best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative sourcing solutions to attract top talent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
    with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
