TechConnect Indonesia is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who sees recruitment as a
structured, data-informed, and business-critical function
not just transactional hiring.

You'll work closely with hiring managers across
Tech, Digital, Finance, Energy, and Business functions
to deliver quality hires and build sustainable talent pipelines.

Preferred Background

  • STEM background is strongly preferred
    (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Data, Mathematics, or related fields)
  • Business / Finance / Management
    backgrounds with strong analytical skills are welcome

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and specialist roles
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment data and support quality-of-hire improvements

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of work experience
  • Clear and structured communication
  • Confident in managing various data and stakeholder
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
