The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Position Summary:

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in scaling our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. You'll work closely with hiring managers, contribute to a seamless candidate experience, and ensure we hire people who are aligned with our culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles (tech, product, marketing, customer experience, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Strategically source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide high-touch candidate experiences
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate debriefs with hiring teamsMaintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Analyze hiring data and suggest improvements to optimize the recruitment process
  • Champion our employer brand and promote our culture across various platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience hiring for tech and/or creative roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for people, diversity, and building strong teams
