Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end hiring activities and shaping the overall recruitment strategy. This role requires strong business partnering skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a data-driven approach to talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Workforce Planning
• Collaborate with business leaders to manage headcount planning and define hiring needs.
• Support strategy development related to headcount movements (new hires, promotions, transitions). - Recruitment Strategy
• Advise stakeholders on optimal talent sourcing channels, job design, and hiring approaches for various roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on market insights and talent availability. - Talent Sourcing & Candidate Experience
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation, background check coordination, and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. - Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams (HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and other cross-functional groups) to ensure smooth hiring operations. - Employer Branding Initiatives
• Lead recruitment-related initiatives to strengthen employer value proposition and enhance company reputation in the talent market. - Operational Excellence
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
• Maintain structured and organized workflow to ensure timely hiring delivery. - Data-Driven Insights
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership based on recruitment analytics and market data.
• Use data to support decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with combined agency and in-house exposure.
• Proven track record of successful hiring across diverse roles and markets.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and practices in Indonesia, including talent mapping and proactive pipeline building.
• Strategic, consultative, and solution-oriented approach in managing stakeholder relationships.
• High commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
