**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full end-to-end global talent acquisition process
- Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
- Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated and stored correctly

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
- Two years experience in a global talent acquisition role preferable
- Well-developed talent sourcing and enticing capability
- Certification in talent sourcing - preferable
- Bachelor or honors degree preferable
- Good communication skills
- High level of admin organization and process skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
