Talent Acquisition Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective job advertising strategies using job portals, social media, and targeted methods.
- Utilize tools and networks to proactively source and engage high-potential candidates.
- Efficiently shortlist candidates and conduct thorough interviews and provide valuable insights to Hiring Managers for informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and present regular hiring reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in massive hiring project. Fresh graduates with previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools for massive hiring.
- Expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- Proven track record in massive recruitment through various recruitment channel, preferably in financial or tech industries.
- Fluent in English both verbal & written will be a good plus.
- Willing to be placed in SCBD area. Open for 1 year-contract position.
