Job Descriptions:

  • Builds, coordinates, and manages the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions for the head office and all hotels.
  • Provides General Manager (GM) candidates for all Archipelago hotels.
  • Maintains strong relationships between Archipelago and hotel owners.
  • Develops strategic hiring plans for all Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions.
  • Coordinates and monitors all Talent Acquisition activities at the head office and hotels.
  • Maintains and updates the GM talent pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • :Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent; postgraduate degree preferred
  • .Excellent English, both spoken and written
  • .Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • .Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding trends
  • .Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • .Willing to be placed in our Head Office, South Jakart
