The Farmhill, established in 2018 and operating under PT Kebun Bumi Lestari, specializes in the sale and distribution of premium melons and vegetables grown using advanced hydroponic technology. With over 30 Greenhouses and a network of more than 50 distributors throughout Indonesia, including Central, East, and West Java, as well as DKI Jakarta and Kalimantan, we are expanding rapidly. The Farmhill has successfully cultivated seven unique varieties of high-quality melons with distinct flavors. Our commitment to sustainable research and development drives our innovation in growing diverse and superior produce.
Role Description
This is a full-time Field Marketing Paid Internship position based in Karanganyar. The intern will engage in market planning, execute field marketing activities, and assist with lead generation campaigns to support company growth. Additional responsibilities involve communication with distributors and potential leads, as well as contributing to sales efforts to expand The Farmhill's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Field Marketing to support campaigns and strategies effectively
- Skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and nurture opportunities for business growth
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships with distributors and potential clients
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to work on-site and a passion for sustainability in agriculture
