Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer based in Karanganyar. The Marketing Officer will conduct market research, assist with marketing strategies, and drive sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing the company's social media marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication with distributors and stakeholders, and supporting overall brand visibility and outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Market Research and Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
  • Sales expertise with a results-oriented approach
  • Creative thinking and analytical skills to support marketing initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with agriculture or FMCG industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools is a plus
