Procurement Specialist

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Mandarin is MANDATORY
2. Had experience in procurement
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP System
4. Familiar with procurement business processes; knowledge of basic business contract principles
5. Strong sense of ambition and responsibility; strategic thinking ability; keen insight and accurate analysis and judgment skills; communication and negotiation skills; strong verbal and written expression abilities; good ethical standards and a spirit of integrity and self-discipline.
6. A bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, and related majors are preferred

Job Responsibilites:

1. Establish a qualified supplier database and manage qualified suppliers dynamically; establish a reasonable supplier investigation, evaluation, and assessment mechanism
2. Research market conditions, establish reliable supply channels, and develop a reasonable pricing system.
3. Manage the procurement process, develop procurement strategies, consolidate procurement plans from various departments, and monitor the implementation of procurement plans.
4. Cooperate with the headquarters in centralized procurement of key raw and auxiliary materials, as well as major engineering projects.
5. Conduct bidding, inquiry, and price comparison for self-procured raw and auxiliary materials, engineering projects, hardware, and labor protection supplies, and obtain necessary approvals.
6. Supervise and inspect the execution and implementation of contracts and orders, including the arrival and quality of materials.
7. Confirm and follow up on the delivery schedules of iron phosphate and lithium carbonate, handle invoices, and manage exceptions.
8. Develop suppliers for packaging and auxiliary materials, manage contract signing, issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, handle exceptions, and process payment requests.
