Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karanganyar for a Purchasing Specialist (Fruit). The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless supply chain. The role will also involve conducting vendor evaluations, negotiating prices, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders
  • Experience in Purchase Management and vendor management
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
  • Prior experience in agricultural or fresh produce industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business
