Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Paid Intern, based in Karanganyar. The intern will assist in market research, customer engagement, and the development of marketing strategies. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve targeted goals and leverage market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and partners
  • Experience or aptitude in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales to contribute to campaign planning and execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Passion for agriculture, sustainability, or the food industry is a plus
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
