Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Agronomist Paid Internship role located in Karanganyar. Interns will assist in monitoring agricultural activities across greenhouses, conducting field research, analyzing soil and plant health, and supporting irrigation and nutrient management. Interns will also be involved in documenting and assisting with plant growth observations and recommending improvements to optimize growth and productivity in line with The Farmhill's sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, with an understanding of sustainable farming practices.
- Familiarity with Agriculture techniques and Irrigation management in controlled environments such as greenhouses.
- Strong Research and analytical skills to assess and contribute to ongoing agricultural projects.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovative farming practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
