The Farmhill's goal is to continue expanding its reach while contributing to high-quality and sustainable food production.

Role Description

This is a full-time paid internship for a Training & Organizational Development Intern, located on-site in Karanganyar. The intern will assist in designing and implementing training programs, developing instructional materials, and supporting curriculum development efforts. Daily responsibilities include facilitation, coordination of training sessions, and collaborating with teams to enhance organizational development initiatives. Additionally, interns will contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of training solutions and refining strategies based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Training & Development, Training, and Curriculum Development
  • Strong Communication and Instructional Design skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or related tools is a plus
