Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Marketing Paid Internship role based in Karanganyar. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, engaging in field activities to promote products, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. Additional tasks may include coordinating with distributors, conducting market research, and fostering effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Field Marketing
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with distributors and customers
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and innovative products
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field
