Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Paid Internship role based in Karanganyar. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, supporting sales activities, managing communications with customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Interns will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations within the agricultural sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy for analyzing trends and formulating effective campaigns
  • Understanding of Sales processes and related operational activities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Passionate about agriculture and sustainability preferred
