Role Description

This full-time role for a Human Capital Paid Intern is based on-site at The Farmhill's location in Karanganyar. The intern will assist in various human resources (HR) functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Additional responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and HR operations
  • Experience or understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management tasks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in basic office software and tools
  • A degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience or internship in HR is a plus
