Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for Human Capital & General Affairs, located in Karanganyar. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel administration. Responsibilities also include supporting HR management projects, coordinating employee programs, and assisting in general administrative tasks that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and familiarity with HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Experience or interest in Personnel Management and general organizational support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills and eagerness to develop in a dynamic work environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to cross-functional HR projects
