Role Description

This is a full-time for a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) channel. The individual will strategize and execute plans to expand market reach within the HORECA sector, identify new business opportunities, and foster long-term relationships with partners and clients. Daily responsibilities include ensuring sales targets are met, overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and providing leadership to the business development team. Collaboration with internal departments to optimize operations and working culture is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in strategic business development, client acquisition, and market expansion
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with HORECA channel dynamics and industry trends
  • Effective leadership, team management, and communication abilities
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret market insights and develop actionable strategies
  • Experience in planning marketing initiatives and understanding sales techniques
  • Fluency in English and local language; excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly with tea or coffee, is an advantage
