About the role

We are looking for a Production Control-Mandarin to join our team at PT SANNENG ASIA INDUSTRY INDONESIA', a leading manufacturing company in Karanganyar District, Central Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our production processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and monitor the production workflow to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
  3. Analyse production data and provide insightful reports to inform decision-making
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of production control strategies
  5. Communicate production targets, schedules, and progress to all relevant stakeholders
  6. Provide support and guidance to production staff to optimise their performance
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a production control or manufacturing planning role
  2. Strong understanding of production management principles and lean manufacturing practices
  3. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  7. Relevant degree or certification in a related field
