Role Description

The Produce Fruit Buyer is a full-time, on-site role located in Karanganyar. The primary responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing premium quality fruit and vegetables, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating favorable contracts with growers. The role will also involve monitoring market trends, assessing product quality, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an optimal supply chain. This position plays a key role in maintaining the company's standard for high-quality, sustainable produce.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationship management
• Knowledge of agricultural products, especially hydroponic fruits and vegetables
• Skills in negotiation, quality assessment, and market trend analysis
• Proficiency in supply chain management and inventory planning
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the agricultural, fresh produce, or food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
