Kualifikasi :


• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai agent contact center perbankan asuransi, vkyc, ecommerce minimal 1 tahun (channel voice/email & whatsapp)

• Terbuka untuk pengalaman team leader contact center


• Pelafalan jelas


• Menguasai google works, excel, dan power point


• Berpenampilan menarik


• Bersedia bekerja dengan pola shifting


• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (talk active)


• Memiliki daya tangkap yang baik dan cekatan
