We're Hiring - Quality Assurance Contact Center
Placement : Jakarta (Banking Industries)
Responsibilities :
1. Monitoring & Scoring: Melakukan pemantauan panggilan dan interaksi agent guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas serta penerapan skrip yang berlaku.
2. Reporting & Analysis: Menyusun laporan performa kualitas agent contact center secara berkala dan menganalisis data untuk mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki.
Requirements:
1. Bersedia bekerja sebagai karyawan pengganti Cuti Melahirkan (1-3 bulan)
2. Berpengalaman Sebagai Quality Assurance Contact Center layanan Outbound atau Inbound di Industri Perbankan
3. Minimal lulusan D3/S1 dari segala jurusan
4. Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
5. Memiliki Komunikasi yang baik
