Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Loan Operations Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible for handling and maintaining loan documents, managing loan servicing processes, and assisting in related customer support tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring loan compliance, addressing customer inquiries, validating loan details, and providing high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients
  • Experience or knowledge in Loans management and associated processes
