Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and development priorities.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, SOP-based modules, and learning tools.
  • Deliver classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), coaching sessions, and assessments.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, tests, skill assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update training records, certification trackers, and learning documentation.
  • Collaborate with Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and Department Heads to align training with operational needs.
  • Assist in creating career development pathways and leadership development programs.
  • Support compliance training such as food safety, hygiene, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars and schedules.
  • Ensure consistency of SOP implementation across outlets through audits and refresher trainings.
  • Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to managers for performance enhancements.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, talent development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Training & Development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training, L&D, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design structured training modules and SOP-based materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting TNA and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple training schedules.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, customer service, and operational standards (preferred).

Preferred Skills & Experience (Optional)

  • Experience delivering training in a multicultural workforce.
  • Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Food Safety.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to create digital training content (videos, e-learning modules).
