About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Business Development & Operations Executive in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development & Operations Executive is responsible for driving occupancy and supporting property portfolio growth through active client communication, sales coordination, and operational management. This role manages daily chats with potential guests and property owners, handles OTA platforms such as Airbnb and and oversees availability and pricing strategies. It also involves sharing listings with agents and marketplaces, preparing marketing materials for new properties, responding to guest service requests, creating stay-related communication groups, conducting property showings and client meetings, and generating accurate advertising and performance reports to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.

What We're Looking For

  • More than 1 years of experience in the same position
  • Minimum education Diploma
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, , Agoda, or channel managers is an advantage
  • Confident in conducting property showings and client meetings
  • Able to innovate well
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently
