About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Business Development Property Management in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development Property Management drives apartment and villa occupancy while actively attracting and onboarding property owners for professional management. This role leads strategic marketing and acquisition efforts, manages OTA platforms and direct booking channels, and ensures an elevated guest and partner experience within a flexible working system. What We're Looking For

  • More than 1 years of experience in the same position
  • Minimum education Diploma
  • Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management
  • Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
  • Able to innovate well
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently
