Kuta, Indonesia Pertama Property Management Full time

Managing 2 complexes in Seminyak (1 complex of villas + 1 complex of apartments)
- Attending management meetings and reporting to Company Operations Manager
- Recruiting, training, evaluating, developing and assisting the operational teams
- Upholding company standards, operating procedures and regulations
- Overseeing guest services quality in properties and staff’s working efficiency
- Managing the teams who are handling guests, owners and VIP guests with care
- Dealing with any guest’s complaints that may escalate from operational staff
- Inspecting properties, surroundings, and storages for cleanliness and maintenance
- Organizing and liaising with Engineering team or vendors for property repairs
- Managing properties’ inventories and purchases with correct par stock levels
- Monitoring the use of chemicals, properties’ safety and hygiene
- Liaising with other departments for coordination (reservations, accounting...)
- Communicating with local government and Banjar

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Villa Manager or Front Office Manager: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
