Position Overview

The Junior Business Development & Operation Officer supports the company's commercial lifestyle and living space expansion in the Bali region. This role contributes to market research, partner engagement, operational support, and project coordination. The position is suitable for early-career candidates with strong interest in lifestyle, design, hospitality, or commercial spatial development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support

  • Coordinate internal communication between the sales, design, and operations team.
  • Support administrative tasks such as database management, reporting, and scheduling.
  • On-site during project development, inspections, installations, or partner events when needed.
  • Managing vendors and partners during business preparations

2. Market Research & Opportunity Development

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments within the Bali commercial lifestyle and living space sectors.
  • Assist in identifying potential B2B leads including retail partners, hospitality groups, property developers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Support the development of business proposals, product portfolios, and pitch documentation.

3. Client & Partnership Management

  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new partners through meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare standard documents such as quotations, presentation decks, agreements, and client correspondence.

4. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate communication across internal teams including sales, design, operations, and logistics.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, installations, and project updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and project statuses in internal systems or reports.
  • Support administrative duties related to reporting, documentation, and database management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Strong interest in lifestyle, retail, design, commercial space or property development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to travel and conduct on-site activities within Bali.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
