Job Description :

Cuerpo Indonesia is a health and nutrition company specializing in weight gain solutions through milk-based products. We are expanding our KOL (Key Opinion Leader) division and looking for a KOL Creative Planner to join our team. In this role, you will
support the development of creative ideas for KOL campaigns, help manage budget allocations, and ensure content is aligned with current trends and performs well across platforms
. This position requires someone who is
strategic, highly curious, creatively minded, confident in communication, and deeply in tune with social media culture.

Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor daily trends across TikTok and Instagram, including beauty, diet, celebrity gossip, lifestyle, and news.
  2. Collaborate with the Management to plan monthly KOL budget distribution.
  3. Research and propose suitable KOLs based on campaign needs and current trends.
  4. Curate KOL shortlists and submit recommendations to management.
  5. Develop compelling content scripts including hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions.
  6. Work closely with the KOL Specialist who will handle KOL outreach and execution.
  7. Evaluate the performance of KOL content and campaigns.
  8. Understand and support KOL administrative processes, even if not directly executing them.
  9. Forecast and manage KOL budgeting plans.
  10. Contribute to the expansion into multi-platform campaigns beyond TikTok.
  11. Learn the basics of content creation (including editing) to ensure content quality control.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in managing KOL or influencer marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  4. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
  5. Creative, curious, and enjoys exploring trends & new ideas independently.
  6. Has a solid network or references of KOLs in various niches.
  7. Strategic thinker with basic skills in script writing, reporting, and campaign analysis.
  8. Fluent in English; experience in a creative or digital agency is a strong plus.
  9. Please include your portfolio, either as a link or as a file, in your CV.
  10. Preferably domiciled in Gading Serpong, BSD City, Tangerang Regency, or nearby areas.
