Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic KOL Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors. You'll work closely with our account and creative teams to develop and execute impactful influencer campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and meaningful results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, negotiating collaborations and ensuring smooth communication throughout each campaign.
  • Collaborate with the account and creative teams to develop campaign briefs, creative directions, and content strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future collaborations.
  • Stay up to date with influencer trends, social media platforms, and emerging digital opportunities.
  • Ensure all KOL activities align with brand tone, values, and goals.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or social media (internship or freelance experience accepted).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and understanding of current digital trends.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools, databases, and analytics platforms (a plus).
  • Based in or willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
