We're a fast-growing sunscreen brand that believes in real impact—not just reach. As we scale our presence in the beauty and skincare space, we're looking for a KOL Specialist who can manage end-to-end influencer partnerships that bring our brand to life in authentic, exciting ways.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle the full KOL management cycle: sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Work with nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
  • Develop KOL strategies and campaign concepts that align with product launches and marketing goals.
  • Create clear briefs and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate product send-outs and approvals with internal teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate KOL performance (engagement, views, conversions, sentiment).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and influencer agencies.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to ensure our KOL approach is fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiar with creator marketing on TikTok and Shopee—including rate negotiation and content evaluation.
  • Excellent project management skills: organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and creators at once.
  • Strong communication skills—both for creator engagement and internal coordination.
  • Based in Jakarta and able to work full-time from our office.
