Job Description :

  1. Develop KOL & Affiliate strategies in line with Evershine's marketing campaigns (monthly, seasonal, and major campaigns such as 9.9, 11.11, and
  2. Recruit, select, and build relationships with KOLs, micro-influencers, and affiliate partners who align with Evershine's positioning.
  3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables with KOLs/affiliates.
  4. Manage campaign timelines, content briefs, and ensure post quality meets brand guidelines.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on KOL & Affiliate performance (engagement rate, CTR, sales conversion).
  6. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
  7. Build a KOL/affiliate database and maintain long-term relationships.
  8. Provide creative ideas to improve affiliate program performance and KOL exposure.

Job Requirement :

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, Management, or related field).
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL / Influencer Management / Affiliate Marketing (preferably in the beauty/skincare industry).
  3. Extensive network with KOLs, micro-influencers, and Gen Z & millennial communities.
  4. Understanding of affiliate platforms (Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, Tokopedia Affiliate).
  5. Digital & social media literacy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, marketplace).
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  7. Able to manage budgets & create campaign ROI analysis reports.
  8. Creative, proactive, and able to work with campaign targets & deadlines.
