Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Strategic Planner based in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The Junior Strategic Planner will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying key insights, and developing strategic and operational plans. Collaborating closely with the creative and account teams, the Junior Strategic Planner will contribute to marketing strategies that drive impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate complex data effectively
  • Proficiency in Market Research and identifying market trends and insights
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate insights and strategies to stakeholders
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and developing innovative strategies for campaigns
  • Operational Planning skills to support the implementation and execution of strategies effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus
