About the Role​

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 5 years of experience who are eager to learn, contribute, and develop their technical expertise in a supportive environment. They will be expected to bring their technical background and experience and apply it to providing support to companies impacted by fires, floods. You will need to provide logistical and organization support to our operations team, as well as learn about supporting our team with technical inspections as well as undertaking decontamination and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Assist in conducting on-site and technical assessments to support ongoing projects and operational activities.
  • Collect and compile relevant data from field observations, measurements, and reports for analysis and documentation purposes.
  • Prepare detailed reports, sketches, and visual documentation to support project evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Provide logistical and technical support during field operations, including recovery, setup, and coordination of required resources.
  • Participate in internal training programs to enhance technical knowledge, field skills, and understanding of company procedures and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites or client locations as required.
  • Strong learning mindset with enthusiasm to develop technical and field-related skills.
  • Good teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills are an advantage.
