We are a distributor of international educational toys and learning resources that inspire children to learn through play. In this role, you'll manage creator collaborations, engage parent communities, and drive impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute KOL, influencer, affiliate, and community marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, trust, and engagement among parents and families.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with momfluencers, parenting creators, educators, and family communities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
  • Manage end-to-end KOL and affiliate campaigns from brief creation, content coordination, approval, timeline tracking, to payment and post-campaign reporting.
  • Build and nurture the brand's parenting and learning community through meaningful engagement, collaboration programs, and regular updates.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and social media teams to ensure messaging consistency across all influencer, affiliate, and community touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives such as online discussions, UGC challenges, live sessions, or offline gatherings to boost loyalty and retention.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, community growth) using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Creator Tools, Instagram Insights, and affiliate dashboards.
  • Keep up with parenting trends, community behavior, and competitor KOL activities to continuously refine strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure efficient ROI across all collaborations and programs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • English speaking is a must.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, affiliate management, or community handling, preferably in the mom–baby–parenting or education industry.
  • Strong network of momfluencers, parenting creators, and community partners.
  • Experienced in building and engaging online communities (WA groups, parenting forums, etc.).
  • Data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, affiliate dashboards).
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple partnerships and community activities simultaneously.
  • Creative, empathetic, and passionate about connecting with parents and educators.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with content, creative, product, and e-commerce teams.
