We're looking for a creative and data-driven person to grow our KOL network and parenting community across Indonesia

We are a distributor of international educational toys that help children learn through play. In this role, you will manage creator collaborations, build parent communities, and run exciting campaigns to strengthen our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop KOL, influencer, affiliate, and community marketing strategies.
  • Find, recruit, and maintain good relationships with momfluencers, parenting creators, educators, and family communities (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish: brief, content coordination, approval, and reporting.
  • Build and engage parenting and learning communities through online and offline activities.
  • Work closely with the content, creative, and social media teams to keep consistent messaging.
  • Organize community programs such as discussions, UGC challenges, live sessions, or gatherings.
  • Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and improve results.
  • Manage budget and ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar fields.
  • Good English communication skills is a must.
  • 1–2 years of experience in KOL, influencer, affiliate, or community marketing (preferably in parenting/kids or education).
  • Have a network of momfluencers or parenting creators is an additional point.
  • Familiar with analytics tools (TikTok/IG Insights, Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative, friendly, and passionate about learning and parenting.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work with different teams.
