KOL Supervisor

Job Description:

Develop concept and manage strategy, executive and create events

Make a script, brief, and KOL guidance for campaign purpose

Coordinate with KOL for making user generated content by photographs or videos

Coordinate with marketing and creative team in order to manage contents which are given by clients for marketing contents

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in the same field (3 years)

Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable

Willing to join shootings with KOL for project purposes

Capable of coordinating in teams and executing projects (Design, Video, and Marketing teams)

Have the initiative to try and exploring new contents and KOL

Succes :

High levels of engagement on posts, including likes, shares, comments, and other interactions.

Success of brand campaigns and initiatives, measured by reach, conversion rates, and overall impact.

Successfully raising awareness of the brand, products, or services among your audience.

Enhancing the brand's image and reputation through authentic endorsements and quality content.

Contributing to successful brand campaigns, resulting in measurable outcomes like increased traffic, leads, or sales.

Meeting deadlines and delivering content and collaborations as promised, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with other influencers, brands, and industry stakeholders.

Providing valuable feedback and insights into market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape that help shape the brand's strategy.
