About The Role

Responsible for organizing and handling secretarial tasks so that the director's daily activities can run well according to plan.

Responsibility :

  • Arrange agendas, meetings and agreements/conferences with superiors with internal and external parties, including arranging business trips and other requirements required by superiors, so that superiors' activity schedules can run well according to planning.
  • Carrying out correspondence activities, receiving and conveying messages (telephone, fax, email, mobile chat, etc.) with internal company parties or superior business partners properly and professionally, including maintaining confidential information in accordance with superiors' directions , to support smooth work processes.
  • Organize and store documents/reports so that they are neatly managed, organized and easy to find when needed.
  • Provide reports and prepare supporting data for superiors' presentations and act as meeting minutes if required by superiors, so that superiors' operational activities can run smoothly.

Requirement :

  • S1 All Major.
  • Min 1 years working as Secretary / Business Assistant (Mandarin Speaker), Fresh graduate area welcome to apply
  • Skill : Mandarin, English (Verbal & Non Verbal)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication.
  • Placement : Kendal, Central Java.
