About the role

We are searching for a talented Mandarin Assistant Manager to join our team at PT. Sitoy Leather Products Indonesia in Kendal, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our company's operations. As Mandarin Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance to our executive team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel and meetings
  2. Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and ensuring timely and effective communication in Mandarin and English
  3. Assisting with the organisation and coordination of company events and functions
  4. Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  5. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
  6. Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  7. Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or office management
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar assistant or secretarial role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  7. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
